The Rising Feminine

On February 1 we celebrate Brigid’s Day, or the Feast of St. Brigid as it became known when christianity took the pagan feast to celebrate.

It celebrates, light, rebirth, creativity, fertility and hope.

Next year the Irish Government will  recognise Brigid’s Day with a new  national holiday…which is wonderful news. The first holiday in the name of a female.

I am going to celebrate this evolving equality of gender in our world and celebrate it.

I am not anti anybody or thing…..I just believe in equality.

So let’s celebrate the new, the rebirth, the reawakening by playing music…….
