Level 4 Lockdown in Donegal

Hello everyone,

Today Donegal heads into Level 4 in the Covid restrictions, only one level away from total lockdown at level 5!

My heart goes out to all who have lost loved ones during this pandemic, which is the worst part of the whole time since last March here in Ireland.

I brought my daughter Nia to school and on my way home went for a walk on the beach beside my house….it was good for the head.

Silence and nature , the best remedy for the soul and also goof fodder for music.
