Your music dominates my iPod.
Hi Mairéad, any chance of a quick q&a for publication in advance of your Skerries trad fest appearance, please?
Hi Mairéad,
Don't know if you remember me from Carysfort days!!
I was just on line purchasing your solo album and thought I'd say hello. Hoping to make it to your gig in Portlaoise next weekend.
Best wishes,
Angela
I saw some YouTube videos of you playing with another favorite of mine, Donnal Lunny and enjoyed your playing (and singing) very much! Keep up the great work, I aspire to be as much a part of this music as it has become a part of me!

Hank
Hi Mairead,
Just wanted to thank you for your music, past and present! More than ten years ago now I visited Donegal for the first time, and for that visit a friend here in the States lent me a few Altan tapes (I had never heard trad before). I had those tapes playing on my walkman through all my countryside rambles! The locale and the music just belonged together. Altan's music turned out to be the gateway into my love for Irish music.
I enjoyed listening to the samples of your new CD here; it sounds wonderful, and I'm excitedly waiting for my copy to arrive. But mostly, I wanted to thank you for your music and wish you happiness in this next, new part of your life! --Lisa

Hi Mairead
The album is simply great! You may remember that I helped organise your gig in Canberra a few years go. Vi and I will be staying with friends near Bundoran in the second half of July and wondered if there might be a chance to catch up for a coffee. Les and Vi Whittet.
