I have recently resumed listening to music from Gaelic speaking programmes. It is hard work keeping track of the records played as I don't speak the language but occasionally a fine gem is encountered!
Details of your solo album are hard to come by but eventually searching under your name and that of the album I came across your web site where all was revealed!

You may remember from the Altan Gig in the Clarion Hotel Liffey Valley. I bought of Imeall 899/3000. It is just brilliant. I,m just wondering I would like to buy a copy of The Best Songs Of Altan but when I go to try and buy it, It keeps bringing me straight to the amzon website to buy it there. I thought I could just buy it from the Altan website? If you could let me know. Hope you are well hope to see you again soon.

I am the guy who booked you (Altan) for the Sidmouth Folk Fectival in 2007 ... a great gig thank you, and thanks for sharing your sandwiches / wine backstage afterwards. Glad to hear about your solo music project and I have ordered a copy of the album. The samplers sound excellent.
I have now moved to France and I might start a festival of sorts here in due course. In the meantime, I hope maybe to catch up with you at one of your French gigs in the future. Take care, good luck and all the very, very best for the future.
